This is about working on a 1-to-1 basis to help build your mindset. Working 1 to 1 with Ian Cue, you will be helped to beat anxiety and stress or build confidence and resilience. Ian is trained in Hypnotherapy, NLP and IEMT - amongst many other techniques that will help to create a powerful change.
